The neighborhood, which is located just north of Downtown Miami, features beautiful waterfront views and is becoming more and more well-known as a result of the recent construction of skyscrapers, opulent housing projects, and contemporary loft apartments. Wynwood has a lively art community and is well renowned for its vibrant street art, great retail, and amazing food scene. Wynwood has a history of modest beginnings, diverse demographics, and contemporary gentrification. Miami, Florida's Wynwood district has recently drawn a lot of attention for its transformation into a hub for art and unique eateries, bars, and breweries. But just a small percentage of individuals are aware of the neighborhood's recent history.

When Goldman Properties showed interest in Wynwood in the middle of the 2000s, the Wynwood art community had a significant boost. Tony Goldman, a driving factor behind the revitalization of SoHo and South Beach, had a talent for spotting vibrant, creative communities where others saw just urban blight. In 2006, Goldman, his son Joey, and his daughters Jessica and Jessica started acquiring parts of Wynwood's warehouse sector.

Tony Goldman conceived Wynwood Walls, an outdoor mural gallery, in October 2009. A few months later, to coincide with Art Basel, the gallery finally opened. In Goldman's mind, the whole Wynwood district would be transformed into a blank canvas for urban street art. The Wynwood Art Walk, a monthly art exhibition, is held in this area on the second Saturday of each month.

Many highly fascinating restaurants, pubs, breweries, art galleries, and a variety of other name-brand merchants have relocated to the Wynwood district. Despite having poor origins and developing into a melting-pot community, the area is one that is growing. There are plans to construct condos, a hotel, and other new eateries and shops are also promised.
