1- We have no State income Tax!

2- Almost all year is Sunny, worm, Hot and humid

3- We only have 825 miles of sandy beaches!

4- Florida is huge in Cultural Diversity, with a melting pot of Religions, Races, and backgrounds!

5- Florida is huge in outdoor activities like Boating, biking, Beaches, Lakes, estate, and national parks, etc.

6- We are a great destination for retirement, we don’t tax retirement income 401k, IRA, or Social Security benefits. And Florida doesn’t have estate or inheritance taxes.

7- Florida is a Great culinary State because of its cultural diversity.

8- We have many cities with a high index of walkability! (you do not need a car for most of daily life)
